RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase from That Stuff For Pain®. We stand behind the quality of our products and want our customers to be satisfied. Because our products are personal-use topical products, returns and exchanges are subject to the conditions below.

Returns

Returns may be accepted within fifteen (15) days of the purchase date, provided that the product is:

• Unopened, unused, and in resalable condition;

• In its original packaging;

• Accompanied by proof of purchase; and

• Authorized in advance by That Stuff For Pain®.

Opened, used, partially used, damaged, altered, or improperly stored products are not eligible for return or refund, except where the product is confirmed to be defective or damaged upon receipt.

Returns that are sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Process

To request a return, please contact us at order@thatstuffforpain.com or call 1-866-621-4100 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number.

Once your return has been approved, please package the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase and RMA number.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the product was shipped in error or was defective or damaged upon receipt. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds and Exchanges

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you whether the return has been approved or declined.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment where possible. Please allow up to thirty (30) daysfrom the date we receive your returned item for inspection and processing.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defective or damaged product.

Approved exchanges will be processed based on product availability.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery at order@thatstuffforpain.com or 1-866-621-4100.

Please include your order number or proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and photos of the product and packaging where possible.

Depending on the circumstances, That Stuff For Pain® may, at its discretion, provide a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Opened or used products;

• Products returned without prior authorization;

• Products without proof of purchase;

• Products not purchased directly from That Stuff For Pain® or an authorized retailer;

• Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, neglect, or normal wear;

• Clearance, discontinued, promotional, or final sale items, unless defective.

Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee may be applied to approved returns. This fee helps cover inspection, handling, and administrative costs.

The restocking fee may be waived where the return is due to our error or a confirmed defective or damaged product.

Retail Purchases

If you purchased That Stuff For Pain® from a retail location or third-party seller, please contact that retailer directly regarding their return policy. We may still be able to assist with product quality concerns, but refunds for retail purchases must generally be handled by the original place of purchase.

Right to Refuse Returns

That Stuff For Pain® reserves the right to refuse any return, refund, or exchange that does not meet this policy, appears fraudulent, abusive, excessive, or is otherwise inconsistent with the intended use of our products.
